These services are primarily offered to institutional and high-net-worth investors. Any information provided through our website or communications is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instruments.

2. Client Eligibility

Our services are available only to eligible clients, including:

Individuals of legal age with appropriate financial knowledge and capacity to undertake investment risks
Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities that meet our internal eligibility and compliance criteria

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these eligibility requirements and acknowledge the risks associated with investing in alternative and structured financial products.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain services, clients must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for:

Notifying Asea Credit immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using your account

Asea Credit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect login credentials.

4. Investment Risks and Disclaimers

Investing involves inherent risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and investment returns are not guaranteed. You acknowledge that:

Investments may fluctuate in value, and losses are possible
Alternative investments, including private credit, structured finance, and hedge funds, carry higher complexity and risk than traditional investments
You have conducted your own due diligence or have consulted qualified advisors regarding any investment decisions

Asea Credit does not provide personalized investment advice unless explicitly agreed in writing under a separate advisory agreement.

5. Use of Website and Services

You agree to use our website, platforms, and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise our systems, data, or security measures

Proprietary models, analytics, and internal reports

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services and are subject to legal or regulatory disclosure requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, analyses, software, and branding provided by Asea Credit are the intellectual property of the company. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission
Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes unrelated to your engagement

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asea Credit shall not be liable for:

Losses, damages, or liabilities arising from investment decisions or market fluctuations
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or services
Errors, omissions, or delays in information provided, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct

Clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with alternative investments and financial advisory services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement or access to services by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve clients of obligations incurred prior to termination, including fees, confidentiality, or risk disclosure commitments.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to:

Good-faith negotiations and mediation where feasible
Arbitration or court proceedings in Hong Kong if resolution cannot be reached amicably

12. Amendments

Asea Credit may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, regulations, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
